Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns on any undies that have been removed from their original packaging or folding. 

We offer online store credit in case of the following:

1. The undies you receive are defective or faulty. 
2. The undies you receive are in the wrong size

In both cases above and within 30 days from receiving the undies, we kindly request that you take a single photo of the defective, faulty, or wrong size shipped item and share it with us via hello@aerablewear.com. 

When the items have been inspected and processed, you will receive a credit note by email.

• The store credit you will receive is calculated as the total value of the defective goods or those ones that have been shipped in the wrong size. In cases where a discount was applied to the original order, your store credit will reflect the amount paid after the discount.
• Store credit is issued in an equal-value exchanged currency in CAD. Rest assured; it will be an equal-value gift card from our store.
• All sales are final 30 days after delivery.
