Shipping Policy
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada, and we will start shipping to the US by the end of 2024. Stay tuned!
Shipping is free on orders above $60 in Canada.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders placed by 12pm ET to the fulfillment center will be picked, packed & shipped the same day. Orders after 12 pm ET will either go out the same day or next business day.
For shipping transit time, we offer 2 options:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express shipping: 3 business days
In the event we do not fulfill on time, we will upgrade your order to a faster shipping option on our time to ensure your order is delivered on time.
During busier times such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, shipping processing times may be slightly longer than normal.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the order tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.
